I love baking and cooking but when you look up a recipe online, the american recipes have ingredients we don't have or use in Britain. Thank goodness for the internet and being able to buy the ingredient, the right ingredient to make the cake or pudding. I thought this company gave a good price for two lots of cornstarch and would certainly buy again.

This two pack was a great value, it wasn't until I bought this that I was seeing on a good 90 percent of cooking shows. I got it during discount days. It mixed in well, I use it all the the time to velvetize my chicken, pork, and other meats. It dissolves easily, making smooth causes for Chinese dishes, making gravy, adding to fruit pies for thickening, even to make homemade puddings. It can be used to sprinkle on spilled oil to ease in cleanup. You can find craft recipes to make windows decorations using corn starch, they look amazing.
