Due to the pandemic we cancelled our long held gym membership. I have a cage for bench presses, etc., but was finding it kind of awkward to use in our cramped downstairs that is also a music room and a computer room.Initially I went with the tubes with handles and was getting by with those. I saw some stuff on YouTube about the flat loop bands and found these on Amazon.I can't speak to durability because I have only had them a few weeks. Can't say anything about traveling as we are here for the duration of the pandemic.What I can say is that I no longer use the tubes with handles. If you have access to good anchor points, this set of bands are all you need for a complete workout. For less than a month's gym membership fee this set has made me feel good about working out at home and I no longer miss all the machines and weights.

Been using these for a 2 weeks now. They are much better than the tubes with the clips.The length and versatility is superior. Step on it, choke up, double up, and pull. I’m now able to do leges much easier than before.If they are slippery, it’s how you grip them and grip strength level. But. Go to a hardware store and pick up some work gloves. Problem solved. I uses them for grip and regular lifting.I did find that the bands gave me a touch of golfers elbow. It’s how I had to grip the tube bands. I was going heavy and it torqued my wrist. So while I recover from that, I began to think of the solution. I took some flexible braided tubing, cut it to desired length. See photos. Where there’s a will there’s a way.The resistance and length make them superior. And you don’t have to take as many with you.

With my gym closing due to a certain human malware issue, I reluctantly bought this. They had good reviews and was priced well. Plus they donate to a good cause.FUNCTIONI've had these for about a month now. I bought multiple resistances. I can do all kinds of exercises. I get better pumps for arms, shoulders and lats then I ever did in the gym. The veriable resistance makes your muscles burn as you get to the peak of your strength curve. I've also created some ab work outs using the bands. They work great!DURABILITYI've wrapped these things around trees and iron fences and yanked with all my might. The bands didn't feel a thing. But I sure did!CONCLUSIONI liked my first set so much I bought more. Great product that does what it says it does. The seller is a great guy and communicates well.YES I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THESE BANDS!!

This product exceeded all expectations. I am a novice body builder, but know a good workout when I have one. I often disregarded bands as not a viable workout. However, after the gym ban from CV19, I needed an alternative that wasn't going to break the bank.I was so surprised. The four bands were incredible. You can stretch them to no end and they won't break! You can an insane pump and the burn in fantastic. For some exercises, these actually superceded what dumb bells or a machine could do. It was very slim to using a cable, but with far more resistance.I've used these for bis, tris, front/rear/side delts and for legs. They gave a burn and pump like you wouldn't believe. I was outside in 34 degree weather and was sweating like a nun holding a pickle jar!!I'd recommend these to anyone who needs a gym at home. You can get the workout you need for $40. You don't need the expensive bands, these work fantastically! I might even sub these out for some of my workouts I'm doing now. You can get creative and really hit body parts in a different way. One recommendation is that if you workout longer than an hour, you may want to get gloves. I have calluses on my hands, but these sit differently and missed the calluses, so it started to irritate a part of my hands.Otherwise, but them. You'll get a solid workout and you can get gains from these. You may even notice that you have to work harder to get the bands moving than with normal weights! I'm a believer now!

Resistance bands are an interesting animal. What's so special about them? They're just giant rubber bands! You can find them practically anywhere (before the coronavirus, anyway) but for some reason the prices are jacked up if you get them from a store. Even Amazon has a branded set! What caught my eye with these was the attractive color scheme. Not the best reason to get something but it got me in the door. I don't know why every other manufacturer insists on using the same bright, scattershot colors. It's wild but this set stands out BECAUSE it uses muted earth tones. Very attractive.The price is also competitive, with an average of 15/band. That's on the low end for these things, and half the price of what you'll find in stores. So far, the durability seems fine but full disclosure: I've never broken a set of bands so I might not be the best judge on that front. For normal usage, these are solid. And unlike what the other reviewer complained about, I got a carrying bag with mine (pictured) in addition to the towel. Let me tell you, that towel is soft. Microfiber, use it to buff your car soft. That's actually what I'm going to repurpose it for lol. It's not the size of a bath towel but it's larger than a hand towel. It's really a great size and quality.Overall, if it hasn't been made clear by now, I'm digging these bands and can't recommend them enough. Oh, and I got them in 2 days. While every other online store has a backlog right now, and retail stores have been out of stock for months, these showed up within 2 days. Get them! Do eet! DO EET NOW!
