Fluid film gel B * is a higher viscosity, soft, physiologically harmless and solvent-free one-layer corrosion protection coating with very high lanolin content. * is mainly intended for ships, docks, offshore units, bung walls and similar objects. * In ballast water tanks, empty cells, suitcase insulation and similarly stressed areas, where for cost-related reasons surface preparation can not be provided by sandblasting and durable corrosion protection comparable to epoxy coatings is expected. * Other areas of application are the protection of accessible areas on motor vehicles and the securing of screw connections. The working temperature is between -10°C (263 K) and 40°C (313 K). In order to easily achieve the required spray pressure on the nozzle at low temperatures, we recommend heating the material to approximately 25°C (298 K) with industrial heaters or hot air blowers.* Solvent-free, therefore considerably less environmental impact during processing, greater safety in operation. * Economical to use and easy to apply. A layer thickness of up to 1,000 µm can be applied in one process (by airless spraying). * Can be sprayed with commercially adopted airless devices (compressed over 45:1). Application is possible with a brush or roller. * Cost-effective processing method when spraying with lances, which in most cases make the installation of scaffolding unnecessary. * 1-component product with excellent adhesion even on intact, old coatings. * As corrosion protection of steel parts and other metal parts during transport, storage and processing in the manufacturing . * Temperature stable from -45°C (248 K) to approximately 70°C (343 K).
