Rag's (our Blue Front parrot) has enjoyed this for over three years, It is her personal sanctuary. However after 3 years of heavy use, it had grown a little shabby. So we threw it in the wash and purchased a new one.It seems like it stood up to the washing very well. But we ordered a new one to have as a spare. Initially, we were concerned the new one was sparse looking in comparison to the old one which you can see has more volume. (see posted picture) Brian, at Sweet Feet and Beaks, responded right away explained the difference and why it looked so much fuller. The old one had endured 3 years of pulling and chewing and as a result 'puffed up'. Rags was immediately somewhat indifferent to the new one but after a couple of days, she's back at it.As you may know Amazon parrots a prone to screaming.
