You might be able to press the insert out of the center and swap them. I also use Photon lights. You can change the batteries but it's easier to throw them away and get another. **Q: Is it waterproof?** A: i would say water resistance not waterproof. i had this on my rain jacket that i wear to work and one day it started to rain and i didnt think twice about it till the light wouldn't turn off. so i think water got inside and short circuited some thing. i now just keep it on my key chain and havnt had a problem sense. **Q: Is this accepted by TSA? would i be able to take this on my carry on luggage?** A: It's just a bottle opener, so I don't see why not **Q: Does this have a replaceable battery?** A: Yes u are able to replace the battery.
