This case doesn't come all the way up on all 4 sides of the phone, so the screen has no 'bumper guard'. There is an air pocket between the phone and the case, I thought that once the phone was in the case for a few hours or days, that the pocket would disappear....no such luck. The Darth Vader emblem is clear, but it has an edge around it and I'm sure it will peel off in time.
