Review: Won’t stick to your teeth anymore! - Eating these wafers did work well for regularity, but I never liked the way they stuck to my teeth...so I often avoided eating them. Fortunately, I found a solution that works great for me. I put 6 or more wafers in a cheap sandwich ziplock bag with a zipper, press the air out, close the zipper tightly and use the side of a meat tenderizer mallet (or similar) to pound them until they are crushed. (My mini food processor does a good job with this too.). I now have fiber sprinkles, which I add to applesauce, smashed banana, yogurt, etc., etc. it tastes good and never sticks to my teeth. For convenience, I put the sprinkles in an empty spice jar that has the larger holes, keep it on my table, and can easily shake it on fruits, yogurt, desserts, etc., during the day. So tasty and I hardly know I am taking fiber!
