I ride on bumpy terrain at times (dirt roads/trails) and this stays very secure! It doesn't jump around, move side to side, or front to back and has been incredibly useful. I typically bike 10-20 miles down country roads, dirt roads, and trails.It's very large to hold various items, but it's not so large that it's cumbersome or hits your knees when riding.Dimensions:*I think the seller's dimensions are based on an emptied bag, which is completely fine, however as you put stuff in the bag it will expand slightly; so I wanted to provide a more realistic in-use dimensions. The dimensions below are approximate, with the bag on the bike, and with items in the bag.Single case side: 8.5"L x 3"W x 6"HDouble case side: 8"L x 3-3.5"W x 6-6.5"HI usually carry:-Battery pack connected to my handlebar flashlight-An extra handheld flashlight-Cellphone-Knife-Wallet-Keys-The included rainproof cover-Bike pump-Extra tire tube-Tube patch kit-Multi-tool-Cleaning cloth-Powerbars, snacks, etc...and there's still room for a bit moreQuality seems very sturdy and the price is very reasonable. Super easy to take on and off.
