At 64... it was a major step for me! I came home and checked out the one page instruction sheet that came with the S4 and realized it didn't scratch the surface. I looked for user guides online and when this popped up, I knew it was where I needed to start. It was at my door in a few short days and I am SO GLAD I have it! It is set up so yes... even a "dummy" like me could figure it out. Step by step, simple and easy to follow instructions for every function the phone offered lay at my fingertips. The phone does things I'll probably never have need for, but there if I need it. I could have gone back to the store for help (and may if I need to), but I am enjoying discovering one thing at a time, when I need it, at my own speed. I recommend this for anyone with their first smart phone in their hand... and wondering "What do I do now?"
