There was a time a trip was eight hours instead of six because I had to pull over several times to stretch my back out. No amount of pain medication or pain-relieving patches helped. I needed something for my middle and lower back and found this. Although I can now finally relax my back against the seat without pain and drive in comfort, it is difficult to adjust so it fits perfectly to my back. I cannot move from that position or I'll have to adjust it again, but it fits snug around the seat! It also is really warm on your back so I've sweated a few times from it, especially because it's warm outside.
