Make sure you test it(!) before you throw your whole big self on these little balls or you're gonna put a hole in the ground with your backside. Also would be nice if there was something to "warm up" or get stronger BEFORE using these. I normally do pull ups pretty easily, but this completely wrecked my forearms.
