I can't say if it did anything for me in regards of hair, skin and nails. But I enjoy the flavor, it's a good replacement if you don't drink coffee because there is caffeine in it. I have created the perfect latte to start my morning.Ingredients:1) Collagen for Her Matcha2) Hottest water from sink3) 1 packet of stevia4) Splash of vanilla creamer5) Milk of choice (I'm on a coconut kick)Put a scoop of matcha in a cup and fill just enough water to coat the matcha to dissolve it. (Use a coffee frother to mix it up fast). Once smooth, add the stevia, creamer, and milk and froth the rest. Viola!I have been drinking this everyday for a little over 2 months now and have seen fabulous benefits. It helps my appetite, I have so many baby hairs growing, my nails are growing stronger, and I have noticed less water retention in my face.I am not a green tea person, so I was skeptical of liking it, but once you find the latte that best fits your taste buds, there's no going back. I was impressed that I never had an upset stomach or side effects. The added bonus of this is the natural caffeine in the matcha, so I drink it first thing in the morning. Tip: if you want it in cold liquids, put a tiny bit of hot water to mix it with first then pour in cold liquids (I use almond milk) that way it won't be lumpy.I work in law enforcement and by having this for breakfast every morning I don't develop hunger pains if I have to skip lunch due to a particularly busy day.I recently bought my second bottle after using it every morning for a month. The results of my skin, hair and nails are amazing.
