Actual blenders would be best.➡ You can use the soy protein powder to make a protein shake or to add protein to other meals.➡ Including a minimum of 4 servings of soya protein in your diet every day can help lower bad cholesterol, called LDL cholesterol, by 10%. Later, I did some research about soy protein and found that soy protein should be consumed in limit else it reduces the testosterone levels and increases estrogen which is a female hormone. Not good more males.
