The battery was returned the next day at great inconvenience. As the battery was a Lithium battery some courier companies would not carry it so I was forced to pay more than the £4 .70 that desertcart refunded to me. As the battery was delivered by desertcart's contracted courier it should have been very simple for them to collect it for return. This product failure cost me money and caused me to waste my time finding a courier that would accept it (UPS). As I did not want to risk the failure of another battery from them and the hassle of arranging a return I have looked elsewhere for a replacement.
