The lamp is nice has 3 settings but not super bright because of the size. Only stands about 8 inchs tall, so would be great as a desk lamp, but I'm using it beside my bed. wish it was a little bit taller. It does have a decent brightness for a small lamp. The charging pads so far have not had any issues with it, but you do need to keep the phones a little bit centered. I think it charges the phones at a decent pace. The lamp lights up under the phone when charging, but it's not too bright which is ok. Overall I think this was a good purchase for us.
