Texted us trying to help solve the issue and then even sent two guys to come onsite to our home to make sure we were happy with our arcade game. HOLY COW!!!! You will be satisfied with your game; they make sure of it. We are loving the arcade game. My husband and I have old school video game battles as a mental break since we both work from home.

Some of the games where design to you use trackball.  They can be use with only joystick but the performance is only difference.
