Start at the center of the upper lip and work outward. Hug the very outer edges to open up thin lips, and line well within the edges to downplay excessively full lips. Follow with lipstick and gloss. Jojoba Seed Extract (Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil) Moisturizer Improve the skins elasticity and suppleness.
