My laptop is heavy and with the power adapter it takes up too much space in a carry on hand luggage. With this iPad mini keyboard case I could convert my iPad mini to a portable long battery life mini laptop for basic office work on the go without spending over 500 Eur for a Windows compatible small laptop. The keyboard is very strong and feels like I really have a metal cased laptop. I like that the keyboard has backlight, all laptops should have that feature. I don’t need the 7 colours to choose from it is more like the party piece. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and just giving 4 stars for the battery life instead of 5 because I havent used the case long enough to judge. I had no issue with its charging time or battery life so far. The case is not a flip out case, the maximum angle is about 120 d, just like an average laptop. I needed this because it also holds strong while typing and it doesnt need a solid table surface to stay open and at the angle you need. Other keyboard cases might be rotatable 360d but they use different ‘stand designs’ to keep the screen upright. This design is much more stable than those if you can give up the tablet use of the iPad while using with this case.
