You can not center it around zero. You will need adjust it off center to make it work. Not a deal breaker but you will need to send the extra time.2) It is in centimeters. Brush up on your measurement conversions and have a US ruler/ tape measure close by.Overall, it is a tool not made for the US, but it can work.
