I ordered these and couldn't be happier. Compared to in store purchases the price was great. I've paid 7-8 per bracket for a smaller size. *these aren't only for deeper shelves, you can install them either way but I needed that longer side for shelf support*. The brackets each have individual pieces of plastic protecting the finish and they were separated in the box by bubble wrap sheets. No nicks on any of mine. They also came with a bag of screws and simple anchors (depending upon your shelf weight and what you plan to put on it, if you have a shallow type sheetrock wall you can always use a heavier anchor). I do agree that the installation with a regular length electric screwdriver is tricky because of the support bracket. I used the electric drill/screwdriver and then finished it up with a shorter screw driver to get that flat look with the screw as far into the wall/bracket as possible. It wasn't a big deal.
