I saw the reviews on these and thought they could be what I had been looking for. I do very high intensity workouts, and on my first use it was evident that the support I was looking for just wan't there. They are XL (one size) and I am quite small so not sure if thats why? but they kept going loose and there was little support. When my leg was straight they were baggy on the actual knee.
