I've bought a total of 4 of these to hang yoga swings, a hammock and a hanging chair all of which are securely mounted thanks to these things. One work of advice, if you want to use a carabiner to attach anything to them, make sure the opening is at least 20mm otherwise you'll struggle to get over the substantial bars.
