Have used it extensively for several years. Allows us to watch DVDs when traveling. A welcomed nighttime treat. It holds the TV securely to the wall and only needs a simple tug of the leash to release it from the lock and swing it out and around as needed for best viewing. There's enough room between the mounted TV and the lockable mount to store any of your wires (power, cable, HDMI, etc.). You have to be just a little careful when pushing the TV back into the lock to secure it, so you don't crimp any of the wires, but it's never been an issue for me. It looked very easy to attach the mount to the wall, but I preferred having a technician do it while having the RV winterized so this additional cost wasn't great, and I had the peace of mind that I wouldn't drill into a hidden wire inside the wall.
