Bought this as a gift.  The recipient reports that she likes it, and that it has had a positive impact on her back and general well-being upon waking in the morning.  She reports that everything went well with the delivery and un-packing - no issues whatsoever (no reports of fumes or being misshapened).  She has had this for two months so far.  Will try to check back after a longer time to report how it is working out long-term, and may adjust "stars" accordingly - since I think it is still too early to tell, I am reluctant to give it five stars.

I can NOT say enough good things about this mattress!  I have 2 out-of-the-box mattresses.  The cocoon is for people who like more support/a little firmer mattress.  My back feels great when I wake up.
