## Description

The Nerf Rival Hypnos XIX-1200 blaster has a folding stock and 2 magazines, so players can customize it for action and keep a back-up magazine ready for reloading! Fold the stock on this spring-action blaster to create a compact configuration for games that take place in close spaces, as well as for portability and storage. Press the stock release to fold the stock to the side of the blaster. This blue blaster has a 12-round capacity and includes two 12-round magazines and 24 high-impact rounds. Load one magazine into the blaster, and store the second magazine on the blaster with the 2 clips that attach to a tactical rail. Move the magazine release to remove the empty magazine when it’s time to reload. To fire, move the pump handle backward and forward, and pull the trigger to unleash 1 round at a velocity of 100 feet per second (30 meters per second). The blaster has a trigger to lock to prevent it from firing accidentally. Nerf and all related properties are trademarks of Hasbro.

Review: Awesome blaster, lots of fun! - First off, this blaster is awesome. It looks absolutely amazing. I looove the almost sci-fi, futuristic, modern combat-type look this thing has. The ergonomics of this blaster is also wonderfully done. The grip is super comfortable, the stock is long enough for a 6' 3" guy like myself, but it wouldn't be uncomfortable for someone with shorter arms. I was also super happy to see that this blaster includes an extra magazine. I have only a couple minor gripes, but nothing that take away from the quality of this super sweet blaster. I am unaccustomed to the 12-round rival stick mag, so I didn't know how easy the rounds pop out. This is a problem when attempting to use the rail on the side to hold the extra mag, since jostling could pop the balls out. The magazine also moves around a lot when using this side rail, so I would not recommend using that for anything other than storage. However, the side rail will fit the Rival flashlight, which will be helpful for me, since I will be playing a low-light nerf battle next week. Another knock against this otherwise perfect blaster is that it is not equipped with slamfire, nor does it shoot the two darts at a time that the Atlas does. Unfortunately, it does not seem like you can double load two rounds into the same shot, the same way you can with the Kronos or the Helios. Overall, very impressed with this design, and I will be using this one for my Nerf war this week. =)
Review: If you’re a Nerf family buy one per person! - Great Nerf gun at a reasonable price. The Rival series are the best Nerf has to offer, and the Hypnos does not disappoint. The folding stock means both my very tall husband and my 7 year old can both use the gun with comfort and ease. The shotgun style pump action is a LOT easier for my son to use than the top side pump action, so he can more easily keep up during Nerf battles. Being able to store a second magazine on the gun means more fun before reloading. We may add a strap for my son since it is a bit bigger and heavier. We got one in red, one in blue, and I’m going to order one more for mom!

First off, this blaster is awesome. It looks absolutely amazing. I looove the almost sci-fi, futuristic, modern combat-type look this thing has. Great Nerf gun at a reasonable price. The Rival series are the best Nerf has to offer, and the Hypnos does not disappoint. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great rifle

I initially thought it was broke, and then found out it was the aftermarket balls I was using for it. I bought some amazon cheapo balls for the other blasters and when I use them in the Hypnos the gun wants to pull all/several balls at once instead of 1 at a time. So as long as I use the genuine Nerf balls, it works flawlessly and is a GREAT gun. Very fun to play nerf wars with my sons.
