We've owned two other systems that didn't have the image quality or the ease of setting up and they both ultimately disappointed us and failed. They were even more expensive than this one. This one has an app that allows us to check any of our cameras with really sharp images. My wife set up the whole system by herself and when she encountered a problem, customer service was quick to call her personally and help guide her through the solution. We're already recommending this system to our friends. I'm pretty picky about what we buy on the internet, but I'd buy this system again in a heartbeat.
