What an absolute POS! First when we opened the gift on Christmas morning inside the sealed plastic bag it was packaged within, you can see that the back end of the ball returner had cracked and black pieces of plastic were inside the bag. The broken pieces left a 'hole' in the very back that allowed you to look into the back of the ball returner. OKAY, not a big deal as long as it still worked. So I removed it from its bag and tried it out. Two things: First the surface that the ball eventually rests in is flat, it doesn't slope to the middle where the mechanism that returns the ball lies so unless you knocked the ball directly in the center, most times the ball just sat in the device, never making it to the mechanism that knocks it back. But even if it did, forget knocking the ball back to you the 6-9 feet it claims it does, it literally couldn't knock it out of the device itself! So it just knocked around inside the ball returner until you pulled the ball out. For $13 I'd just as soon let it go, but I hate being ripped off, and this is a rip off! They bought her a set of golf clubs, i took paint markers and customized it with some pinks and purple. It was the best gift ever. She was entertained for hours. Think it will inspire her for many golf trips with grandparents...She might out putt Grandma soon. The electric push for the ball went about 2-3 feet on my carpeted surface. It had no power at all. Fortunately, return was fast and easy, but I won't buy this and won't recommend it either.
