I assumed it was all there. I packacked it to a christmas package, My brother in law opened it, was very excited, got it out looked at all the stuff, and said where are the instruction? I guess there are things like how hot for how long etc. you need to know. HMMMM. I found the package, called the phone number explained what I feel was left out, they emailed it to me, and slow mailed it to me in case we couldn't figure out the e-mail. We were making the beer the next day. The DME, bittering hops, and, for this particular style, the maltodextrin are all mixed in one package so all you have to do is dump it into the boil after steeping the specialty grain in the provided bag. This is a kit for people with some experience and basic equipment.
