I thought this adapter would be worth it. The problem is, that this adapter covers both USB-C ports on my computer (but only replaces one itself). Some of my uses require use of the USB-C port and USB simultaneously. This takes away my ability to keep the AC adapter plugged in so I'm relying on battery alone. Also, my USB-C to HDMI chord doesn't work when plugged into this adpater (only when connected directly to the computer). I think this was slapped together without properly adjusting for realistic functionality. It's most likely going back.***Updated Review 2/23/19***The company reached out to me immediately offering to replace the adapter or refund my money. I advised the main issues I was having and offered some suggestions on how to improve. They responded extremely quickly offering to send me their new 7 in 1 adapter at no charge. This adapter addresses all of my concerns!! It contains a 4K HDMI port, relieving the need for an additional adapter, it has a 3-4 in chord that connects to the USB-C port in my computer, and does not cover the 2nd port so I'm now able to charge and utilize the other port simultaneously. It still has multiple USB 3.0 ports, still has the Micro SD and full size SD card slot and is overall, much more durable than the original version. I would gladly pay $50 or more for an adapter of this quality and functionality. Not only did solve my issue quickly, they didn't hassle me or charge any additional fees! Buy this adapter!!! It's well worth the cost and the seller did everything in their power to make me a satisfied customer.
