I am giving this product 4 stars instead of 5 because they arrived dirty. On one crutch, the grey rubber was black and dirty in some areas. Also, some of the aluminum was scuffed black on both crutches. I believe what I received were returned crutches from someone who returned because they are cheap and want their money. I am keeping these after simply wiping them down with rubbing alcohol.
