Rolls nicely and stable when the wheels are locked. My 130 lb dog can bump it while playing and my drink doesn't spill. Absolutely love it. Would have rated 5 stars across the board except I did have an issue with a wheel falling off after a week or so. I emailed Royal Care and received a prompt response. Replacement parts were shipped from the overseas manufacturer and delivered in just a few day. Nathan, from customer service, was great. I received tracking information as soon as the parts shipped and he followed up to make sure they delivered and I didn't have any further issues. Obviously, it's never convenient when there's an issue with a new purchase but the customer service really made up for it. You just don't see that a lot these days. The tabletop material is attractive and easy to maintain/clean. The metal parts have a coating to approximate weathering, so if that rustic thing is your look, you will be happy with it.
