- We’ve changed to a 2 salami pack to make it more convenient in shipping especially in the warmer months. Now each parcel will be shipped by priority mail with a larger freezer pack to insure the package arrives in the correct time and temperature. If you purchase in multiples then I will rebate a portion of the allotted shipping expense in excess of my cost.

- Antibiotic & hormone free; Gluten free all natural
- We usually don’t ship sausage or salami on Thursday or Friday as the package will sit somewhere during the weekend. I do ship on Saturday then Monday to Wednesday.
- I had to raise the price to compensate for the increase in the postal and  fees, sorry.
