Over the last 1 or so I've noticed them appearing and getting worse. Recently they started bothering me when I was out running. I've tried several tennis shoes but I was still having problems. These socks have made the difference. I run now with no pain. Thank you. Planning on buying some more pairs. :-) I ran back to back races this weekend and although there were a few things that were a little sore, my feet were not one of them. Also it’s best not to put them in the dryer but have them air dry on a rack or hanger.I have mild bunions on both feet. These socks provide support across the ball of my foot. Very comfortable to wear with my walking shoes when taking walks or working out at the gym.I wear a women’s size 5B shoe and the small sock size fits perfect. When I am doing higher impact activities I wear “bunion booties” under the sock for added support. I now have 3 pairs of the socks and wish I had more, but they are expensive! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does not hurt severe toe area: supports the deformity *by D***D on Reviewed in the United States on August 7, 2019* I bought a pair of these bunion relief socks for my son. Trying to relieve his pain, I tried several items including a pair of toe socks with a pad between the big toe and second toe, and a bunion splint. The bunion splint was much too painful for my son, and he complained about the toe sock with the gel pad between the big toe and second toe. However, he successfully wears these socks. I first tape the foot with KT tape to give him a type of support under the sock. I wish that the socks could be ordered individually for left or right feet. That's the reason for the 4 stars on my overall rating. Excellent quality product. My son is pleased with this. He has mild cerebral palsy which caused his deformity. At 37, it is just now bothering him, and currently he has weekly acupuncture treatments to alleviate the pain.
