**Q: Anyone find replacement pads that will work with this unit but have better quality adhesive on the pads?**
A: Avoid touching pad surface, Use an electrode gel on body area where applying electrodes, clean pads often w/water, keep plastic storage surface clean with rubbing alcohol and let dry, keep unit sealed in plastic bag (zip-able sandwich bag works.

**Q: Will this unit stick to my back during exercise? I sweat alot during a workout**

**Q: It says the pad has to be placed on before it will work. How do you manage that if it is on your lower back or somewhere you can't see the controls?**
A: Thank you for asking. You can snap on the pad before you place it on the body. Most places people are able to reach. You can adjust placement before starting a therapy session. If you are unable to use it alone, you may need help from another.
