Quality of product is strong and steady when using. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This caused injury *by K***B on 28 October 2025* On second use a needle like piece of metal on the handle stuck right in the tip of my finger which then bled. That hurt so I thought I would inspect the finish on the product further. I found the lid had poor finish on the lid, rough and in places sharp enough to cut fingers when washing .. I wash with caution. Other than that it makes nice coffee. I’ve changed the star rating higher because the seller has sorted out the issue in a very professional way. I suppose sometimes a product will slip through the net and I was unfortunate.
