I sleep with it as a pillow EVERY NIGHT! I love how this pillow smells, it so relaxing! The only thing that I considered a "con" was the back of the neck piece, I felt that it was a bit small and made it kind of awkward... until I got a super bad sinus infection that is. It was so painful and this gave me so much relief! I would heat it (130 sec. 1100w microwave. Remember to sprinkle some water on it for moist heat) and it fit perfectly on my face covering my eyes, and all sinus points on my face without covering my nose! I could even have it on my face and on my limph nodes at the same time! The pressure behind my ears was relieved within minutes! I wouldn't have gotten any sleep nor would I have recovered as quickly had I not had this little thing. Truly love it! Havn't had any issues with it what so ever and plan to buy the other pillow type soon! Would love to see an "upgraded" version with a clip to secure the two bottom sections together so it stays in place when you lounge back though!My daughter snapped this photo because she thought I looked funny!
