I've tried everything under the sun. From expensive insoles from my podiatrist, to compression sleeves, this is the only thing to give me moderate relief. I'm diabetic, and have several bone spurs in each of my feet. This puts enough pressure on the tendon to help relieve the stress on my heels. I also do daily stretching with my feet as well as acupressure message before I start my busy days. Highly recommend to anyone who are dealing with the unbearable pain from bone spurs due to the plantar fasciitis.
