The unit presents information on the radiating source (wifi, cell tower etc) which has proven to be useful and you can focus on certain bands of the spectrum as well as the automated scans. navigating the menus is not that intuitive so I would recommend spending some time with the manual and online research . I've read the instructions, hold it at the bottom where it's supposed to be held and keep it away from my body whilst holding it, but still it jumps up. How can I get an accurate RF reading if this keeps happening!?? I'm not sure whether to send back or does it need to be calibrated!?
