Thank you ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mostly happy *by B***N on 10 April 2025* Happy with this although I feel it could have tasted of elderflower more. ### ⭐ No flavour *by A***R on 6 February 2023* I was really looking forward to using this 'high strength' elderflower extract. However, it is totally useless. Having paid way above what you would normally pay for an extract flavour, I as expecting a strong result. However, I ended up using the entire bottle (my recipe recommended 15 drops), there was not even the hint of elderflower. I used it to make Meringue butter cream and a flavoured sugar syrup neither of which tasted of anything other than sugar.
