I do have a wide foot because of my foot surgeries so I normally am a woman size 10. So I went up one size in the women's and down one size if you buy the men's. The canvas style with the stretch fabric is very comfortable even on the corners of my feet but have had the surgery. My daughter said they were designed is nautical shoes but they really hold up well to water. I work a retail job and I am on my feet for 10 hours. Some days I put anywhere from 12 to 15,000 steps in everyday. By these shoes you will just be amazed.
