Very frustrating. I peeled it off my Echo Show (thankfully it hadn't stuck down really tightly yet) and tried a second one. That one worked and would rotate. I'm giving this product four stars because of the one that wouldn't work AND because it's very awkward rotating the tiny inner disk to close/open the camera. It would be better if it had a little knob or something sticking out that you could push against.
