With these scoby, I brewed my kombucha for 7 to 10 days and it's done! I gave away two of the scoby I had bought because I couldn't drink all the kombucha fast enough. My mom makes coffee kombucha instead of tea, and she's had the same success. After a few months, the fermentation speed mellowed and I was able to ferment for a couple weeks, but three weeks still overdoes it. I split one of the daughters in half and am making two batches at a time now. These should be double their price, at least. They are phenomenal! I'll never get my scoby anywhere else!
