The vest and accessories were all a nice quality. There is a zippered pouch in the front and the back. So you can put your keys, wallet, phone and doggie bags in there. I was once at a dog park and saw a bunch of cars get broken into so will always take my wallet and not leave it in the car if we go walking somewhere. There's hook and loop tape at the shoulders and then buckles at the sides with elastic adjustments. Really adjustable and well made! It comes with reflective ankle (or wrist) elastics and headband. It comes with some pretty good instructions too. I'm an average large and the vest fit just fine. It's a nice breathable fabric so would be great for runners and nice and lightweight to go over your clothes to walk your dog in the woods during the day or your nightly walk. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Recommend *by G***E on Reviewed in the United States on March 8, 2019* It's a lightweight jacket so it doesn't affect my running at all and it easily goes over the top of my usual running gear.
