This May is of a high quality and I perfect for my 5 YO daughter to practice her gymnastics on. Also great to leave folded and stand on when I'm using my standing desk. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Crash mat *by Y***Y on 18 March 2019* I cannot dispute that this is a well made mat, but to describe this as an exercise mat is not entirely accurate - it is much better described as a crash mat. I wanted a mat I could quickly throw down and do stretches and therapeutic exercise on. This mat is so firm that there is little difference between it and lying on the carpeted floor. It did not yield to my body weight so it was no good as an exercise mat. The review would lead you believe it was multipurpose and there is also a video link showing photos of a man doing stretches on the mat.
