Most of the movements are very simple ,not hard at all. Very few was little bit hard .I am 54 when I do all the movements anybody can do it. But do not stop try to do as much as you can do. Don't give up. You can modify the movement little bit the way you want but keep moving. I like the way Billy encourages every minute of his programme. The movements are quick and you don't get bored at all. I ejoyed From the beginning to an end of this exercise. I can feel it melts away the pound right away. I have been using Billy' s DVDs for a year and I bought almost all the DVDs of him most of the DVDs have the same movements except few changes here and there. All his DVDs are 55 minutes and you sweat like anything.Once I finished the exercise I feel so great and looking forward for the next day to start. Sometimes if I have time I do one DVD in the morning and one DVD in the evening. I strongly recommend this DVD for someone who wants to loose weight faster. Totally I love this DVD. I have over 30 dvds and always look forward to the next challenging routine. This one was good but I wouldn't say "extreme". It starts out slow, then picks up after a 5 minutes of warm up. The thing i like the most on the Extreme dvd is you get a full body workout and don't necessarily nee to whip out your other Lower body or upper or butt dvd...this has cardio for 30 mins, arm exercise for about 10 mins, some ab work and butt. The music is great, even Billy "takes it to church " a little bit. I did both Extreme & Tae Bo abs for 1hour, 30 mins. I found the Ab dvd too easy. It's still a great addition to have but i'll make it my lazy day work out. A beginner can do this, except when the weights come in. ...that part burns! I have purchased ALL of his VCR tapes when they were first out, then all of his DVDs. His system of energetic full-body workout is so up-lifting that it has become therapeutic for me while battling disabling diseases over the past years. First with Fibromyalgia, now with cancer. I appreciate the incredible attitude of Billy Banks which comes across not only as a physical trainer, but as a soft spiritual trainer as well. I Thank God for him as his many videos add a variety that is very important to keep the enthusiasm peaked.
