Would've given another star if there were any instructions stating the limitation. In my case, the ARKtek logo needs to be facing me when plugged in.This was my original review:Audio coming through headphones when plugged into this sounds like a work out audio cassette tape. If I could still return it, I would, but my return window expired before I even tried this out, unfortunately. It will provide a slow charge, but not the audio output! Tried it on four different phone and still the same, so i am safe to say it does not work with Sony Xperia XZs, HTC U11, Asus Zenfone AR and Moto Z2 force.
