We are very happy with the look and quality of the jacket. He’s only worn it twice, but it functions just as you would expect a blazer would. We ordered a name brand jacket as well and when we compared the two, this one looked and felt just as high-quality as the other one. We kept this one because it was a better value. In fact, the rich navy blue color of this coat was much better than the store-bought name brand. My kid is not getting into street fights or wrestling in his sportcoat so I would imagine that this should last a while and should easily be handed down to the next kid! The gold buttons are a nice touch.I will not hesitate to buy this same jacket in a larger size the next time I need it. Unrelated to the quality of the jacket, we did need to spend a little bit of time to get the wrinkles out from shipping. The steam cycle in my dryer helped quite a bit. Either way I would recommend ordering the jacket early enough to address the wrinkles from it being folded in shipping. They run slightly large/long. Size 3T perfectly fit my 3 year old who is tall for his age and wears size 3T in most brands. However, the size 6 was much too long in the sleeves for my 6 year old (who is average height and build) and normally wears size 6. The designer name label on the sleeve was tricky to get off without ripping the sleeve fabric. I used a seam ripper and worked slowly and carefully. My 3 year old loved wearing it and would not take it off.
