The speaker is also a Bluetooth speaker and you can pair with it like any normal BT speaker. In addition you can sing to it and it amplifies the voice. My kid absolutely loves this and it was definitely worth the money.Some minor downs: when the bluetooth is ready to connect it announces it with a the thickest Chinese accent, it's mainly funny, really. secondly the speaker has a bit of white noise in background when the volume is high. That's normal. I didn't expect this to be a studio quality microphone for this price, by any mean, and so I can't really complain.
