This cap may work well for you if you have short hair. On the other hand, if you have long thick hair like I do, this cap is frustrating & awkward. It took me several minutes just to get all of my hair into it, then I encountered a problem with it hanging down from the back of my head, causing my hair to continue to get soaked with water as I finished showering.
