I am not the most handy person, but the directions were helpful and easy to read. I was a little bit surprised that the front of the factory top and the replacement top called for the use of masking tape on the very front of the top before you started replacing screws. From start to finish I did this job solo in under two hours. Very snug fit and the tinted windows really give it a nice pop. As others have written and I assume with any soft top, the hotter it is outside the easier it is to maneuver. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to install! Looks good! The paper directions were a bit confusing but I found a video online and was able to install without any issues. Like other people the back window was the hardest to zipper,but my error was not positioning the back flaps correctly, I had them spread too far out. Overall, it was easy to install on 70 degree day, probably would have been easier if it was warmer out. Love the tinted windows, so clear and easy to see out of, my originals were clear with so many scratches. Still noisy when I drive, but like others say, it's a Jeep and it's a 2008! I had a leak at driver's side door with old top, hasn't rained yet so I'm not sure if this solved the issue. Fits like a glove. The only reason I gave this 4 stars and almost gave it 3 was I’ve gotten no customer service. Advertised as having upper door skins included. NOT! I see that another customer also had this issue. Have called 3 times on 3 days and been on hold for over 20 minutes each day with no one answering. Ended up ordering from Mopar and paying a significant amount. PLEASE PLEASE change your listing.
